Ever get down on yourself? Feel as though things will never get better or tell yourself how dumb you are for the mistake you made? We all get down on ourselves now and then, but it's not okay to stay there. Here is a word of encouragement to help strengthen you!

Is it something we can actually give to God?

We often put up walls when someone hurts us. We choose not to get close to someone because we feel we "need" to protect ourselves.

How to obtain this through Jesus

How often do you fall into temptation, seeking pleasures of the world and looking for peace in what makes us "happy" rather than what God has already given you? Can true contentment really come from within? Or is it something we just say and hope one day we will "feel" it? There is power in Jesus when we decided to let Him work within our hearts and truly let Him mold us from the inside out.

In everything you do, do it as though you are doing it unto the Lord
